Paid for UPS second day shipping expecting to get my package the same week. Was disappointed to find I’d have to wait till the next week to receive my package. That’s fine things happen in the mail and all, especially in these unpredictable times. I then spent the day waiting and expecting my package only to come to believe my package was gonna be late with no warning, I simply got it late in the afternoon. Felt like I paid for a service I didn’t really get. Should’ve saved my money.Poor communication.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
