love this app Delivered on time. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Driver took an Amazon delivery addressed to my home to the local Post Office so I have to go pick it up, very inconvenient. Never before has UPS taken my deliveries to PO when they're addressed to my residence. UPS drivers have my phone number and are instructed to call if a problem. This driver must be very timid and fearful and would give this particular driver a ZERO or minus 1 star rating if I could.Left in wrong spot.
