It’s a shame for a company like ups could not find my physical address when they were supposed to deliver this item two weeks ago highlighting wrong address, and return the order back to the original sender. Two weeks later they managed to deliver the item to the address previously named wrong address. I wonder why companies use ups . Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
