tracking states it is delivered but its not delivered to the correct address or town.Left in wrong spot.

This was a LIVE Phalaenopsis orchid. I appreciate the fact it was very well packaged with batting. Wish the leaves had been in better condition before shipping. But the seller did say that that some of them had mechanical damage to the leaves. I knew what I was getting into. But I am very happy with the shipping the seller has done. What they went through before reaching the seller, I have no clue. But they should have done a better job like the seller did. Orchids, even easy ones, are fussy.Delivered on time. Delivered early. Well protected parcel.
