The driver delivered to the wrong apartment and the wrong apartment complex. This happens every single time you deliver to me. You always deliver to the wrong apartment number and wrong apartment complex. I have to walk across the street a half a block away and go get it. When I call to complain you have the audacity to ask me if I can go get my package. I will be filing a formal complaint until I get some resolve. Same mistake happens to often and you don’t care. It becomes my responsibility.
