Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Ups left the wrong shipment, it was a neighbors parcel, have not received my parcel yet. Incorrect items.

Box got ripped open and ups rep just assumed it was supposed to go to another business that was 30 minutes away from my house. It was just by the grace of God that my phone number was on the invoice! The ups rep that I complained to could of even given 1 ioda of a $hit about what I went through!Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

UPS claims the package was delivered and dropped off on the front porch. however, no package was delivered or left on the porch. Im working on working it out with them but it’s been a whole week and they have no updates Poor communication. Unprofessional.
