my email said it was on it's way. But then they delivered to the wrong address instead of mine. I did not get reimbursed money back on my card.Left in wrong spot.

Shipping was great and kept me notified with updates on the route & arrived when the tracker said it would. The item was in a cardboard box and then placed into two plastic bags and hung on the gate that leads to my front door, which was fine even though it was lightly snowing and I was worried the temperature and wetness would damage the product in some way. I do appreciate them putting the box into plastic bags for protection from the snow, that was thoughtful and kept it as dry as possible.Delivered on time. Well protected parcel.
