never arrived. Says it was delivered but im in Canada. no product. pissed off

all of your products are 🔥 the only thing that was when I received my 2gs of wax over half of it was melted and stuck to the piece under the lid and it's hard to scrape all of it off. you should put the wax in a small box for shipping something that would keep it from the container being dumped upside down and product being stuck to the lid. other than that 🔥 Damaged.
