I did not believe that a company could procrastinate so much until I ordered this product. the delivery took a very long time and did not move from the first shipping facility to anywhere near my state until the DAY it was supposed to arrive.Delayed. Poor communication.

i hear it land on my porch and it was glass. nothing was broke but it was loud

They didnt sent me the product!!!!!!!!!!! They sent a a blank package what is going on !!!!!

For one thing, it was delivered to the wrong place. For another, it sat it the middle of Saskatchewan with no updates for like a month. I need this item desperately for mental and physical well-being— I’ve needed it since September, it’s currently November. I don’t really do bad ratings and I’ve tried very hard to be patient but I actually really need this and I don’t have the money to try again.
