it was not delivered to me at all at my mailbox I checked my mailbox at 1pm,5pm,930pm not here so not delivered I need my order or a refund!!

Never even tried to deliver! We all have cameras and no delivery was even attempted and it caused a child to be very upset at Christmas. Unprofessional.

There was an address error but I was able to recover my package brfore it was returned to sender, and they ended up getting me my package 3 days early!Delivered early. Well protected parcel.
