package was not delivered. i have tried filing a claim with USPS and it doesnt work. i went to the post office too and they dont help. i really did not receive it

Only 4 stars because the box was all banged up. Left parcel in a safe place. Delivered on time.

only thing bad is that they never updated any kind delivery updates or been delivered
like the company I bought from after messaging them at least I got some guarantee of my package being delivered but over thank you for your services Left parcel in a safe place.
