My shoes arrived broken two months after ordering them. I would like a refund of my money please. Damaged. Poor communication. Delayed.

2 mois après la commande je reçois enfin mon colis J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans réponse Enfin un jour on me répond pour me dire qu'il manque un des articles et qu'on va me le créditer...2 semaines après je reçois ce que j'attendais depuis longtemps Heureusement ça a l'air de la qualité Mais d'où est venu le problème ???Delayed. Poor communication.
