Left in wrong spot. Incorrect items. Delayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

never arrived. received a text alert that packages was left by door at some home in another city. I really need these 2 items and expected them to be at my address. I don't know why they went to a home over 2000 miles from me. I really would like to have them or replaced the 2 massagers.
