I should have picked the free shipping instead instead of paying extra for 3-5 day shipping.Delayed.

I check the app and my package is still in transit. I check again about 2 hours later and the package has been delivered, about 5 hours ago. updates make no sense and are innaccurate.Delayed. Poor communication.

Have not got the package. And the DHL says it was delivered 3 days ago!!!!

I do have at least 7 packages late so far... And I hope they get delivered before Christmas 🎄🎄🎄 it also would be nice to get my way over late packages delivered now... I have very bad luck with your company..alot of missing packages but says delivered when it wasn't... And I hate that...Delivered on time. Left parcel in a safe place.
