The only thing I would love for Dell to do is to disguise the packaging. I bought a 27” Dell UltraSharp monitor, and the packaging in which it was shipped looks like I just grabbed it off the store shelf. This could draw unwanted attention, especially when it’s sitting in a mail room like mine. Change that, and it’ll be five stars.Delivered early. Left parcel in a safe place.

the only issue I had and perhaps it was in the fine print, I didn't see anything telling me that someone would have to be home to sign for the 767 portable power station when it arrived via FedEx.
my wife had to take a half a day off from work because of this.
other than that the item arrived well packed. it was kinda strange though... the 767 arrived via FedEx and the solar panel arrived via ups.
lucky wife was still home to sign for panels. almost left for work and would have missed itDelivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.
