When you leave a parcel with a neighbour, this is what common sense says you should do, take a picture of the house were it was left, also tell me what address it was left at example number of the house or flat, Common sense , all I have is it was left with a neighbour but what neighbour what number what address! If I don’t get parcel today I will ask for a refund.Unprofessional.
