Should not have been "left". It was placed on the ground outside my block of units. That is NOT appropriate, the place is NOT safe - I gave NO permission for this parcel to be left on its own! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Aramex/DAI is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. It shouldn't be in operation!!!
A negative mark would be more appropriate.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
