Arranged for someone to accept package between 1301-1401.Also asked to be notified when I was next on delivery route.
Package accepted by unsuspecting neighbour shortly after 1200.
Not the best of tracking I have used. Poor communication.

Hi I ordered 2 large parcels and asked for them to be left in the back garden as I wouldn’t be in, and my girlfriend isn’t physically able enough to move them, they’ve been left on my front step in broad daylight at the front of our house and they can’t be moved until I get home at 7pm tonight so they will have to be unattended for hours today as my girlfriend had to leave for work. I have a picture for evidence Left in wrong spot.
