Delayed one day which I was told about in advance but it was ok I was still.suppose to get them in time because I planned for issues, but then the FedEx just decides at 6:40 PM they are done for the day and without my permission rescheduled delivery for the day after I need them and they arrived in horrible condition. 1800flowers being a great company not only refunded all money but also gave me some store credit. FedEx ain't spit and ain't gone never be spit. Delayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
