The delivery driver didn’t attempt to deliver the parcel 2 times because we’re in a top floor flat. Ended up being lateUnprofessional. Delayed. Poor communication.

was put in my mail box today, was perfume, the box is saturared with my perfume the mail boxes all smell like my perfume, still havent opened it, took pictures and will video opening it, definately broken glass inside😬

Would like to have more accurate tracking of parcel. The parcel came early, I was just fortunate that I looked outside since it was left at my doorstep with no notice.Delivered early.

a note was clearly left to bring to the post office if I wasn't home and it was left unattended Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
