The information on the map did not match the information writen, estimated date of arrival was off by over 5 days, had an issue i had to email the team about. Hope this helps you with some feedback Poor communication.

initially told 9 days shipping, then changed to not get here till the 17th so wasnt expecting it to arrive today almost missed itPoor communication.

didn't even ring my doorbell could have been stolen if I didn't notice it, and tracking app didn't work properly.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

It's not been delivered to my house, I put the right address and it's been delivered 250 miles from me Left in wrong spot.
