This particular Delivery Man from Australia Post always delivers straight to my door & knocks to hand deliver to me. Always polite & a happy smile too. Excellent service.Friendly service.

Parcel left in mail box in the sun, despite large label on front of parcel saying "LEAVE THE PARCEL OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR" and another saying "Refrigerate on arrival".
Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
