La persona ha cargo de enviar el paquete a parte de que se retraso en la entrega debido a que yo no estaba en casa. Los otros intentos por coincidir y comunicarme con ella han sido imposibles o no le daba una respuesta exacta de donde estaba mi paquete, ella no sabía decirme dónde estaba, me colgaba y era imposible concretar otra quedada. También miré el estado del paquete y no correspondía con el lugar en el que estaba, porque el viernes a la tarde recibí una llamada, tras varias quejas…Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
