La personne qui a livré a été très bien.
En revanche, les délais annoncés n'ont pas été respectés.
Et pourquoi le colis a-t-il été renvoyé à 200km alors qu'il était à 10km de sa destination finale ?
Schenker a de grosses marges de progression en matière de logistique et d'écologie...
