The item was from overseas, so I didn’t know when it would even arrive in the states. When I saw it was coming in a day, I was thrilled. It came a day later than mentioned, but the delivery man came 5 minutes before I was leaving for a 4 day trip, and signature required. I told him it was a good scotch and he ensured I check the package was in good condition before departing. Very nice guy and excellent service/attitude. Made my day
