According to the tracking, my package was delivered to my front door, but there's no sign of it anywhere. I've been home all day and never heard anyone, and now, when I attempt to call customer service, I get a recording prompting me to track all packages online. I believe this place to be a scam to steal people's paid items because this is the 2nd time this has happened with this so called company. I'm calling the police and BBB.
