I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping and received it 9 days later. I had an important event and I feel the information presented was very misleading. Very disappointed and upset about failure to live up to promised shipping time and terms Delayed.

honestly a bit daunting experience since shenzhen went into lock down a few days before I put order (I didn't watch the news) glad it still arrive quickly and safely.Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
