A tracking number was not supplied by the sender and one had to be generated by Australia Post at the end of the line as a collection notification. I couldn't track the item and thought that I wouldn't receive it. USPS should have issued a tracking number at the post office of lodgement in Greenfield WI 53220Unprofessional. Poor communication.

The Delivery guy threw it at my door, literally hit the door and then fell down. I was sitting inside and heard the whole thing.
