not been delivered. I live in SOUTHAMPTON!!!!! where the hell did it go??? I want a refund.

Colis arrivé dans la boîte aux lettres, le délai de livraison un peu long par contre (presque deux mois). globalement satisfait dans l'ensemble.Left parcel in a safe place.

As the doorbell was not functioning I could not get Parcel Force (the uk company) driver to call me so I could pick the box. Never happened that a delivery company could not call as “they don’t offer this service”. Poor communication.

just wish I could have order sooner. Rather than wait 3 weeks to receive my order. Well protected parcel.
