Did not receive 1 of the 2 packages, said it was delivered and it wasn’t delivered at my home, this is a very expensive cat tree $1,000!!!! I’m very upset, cried and even had to take something for my nerves, I took off work and sat here all day waiting for this package as we have a new kitten coming and I wanted this to be all ready for him, I saved and saved to get this to only be so disappointed by the delivery and only having half the cat tree

Third strike your out. Three times I have ordered this part and three times the part came damaged needless to say I am not a happy camper. By the way the package was left at the end of the driveway and we do not have a gate.Damaged. Left in wrong spot.
