Delivered 2 days late. I'm not sure if it's stores fault or shipping company so I don't want to be really rude or mean. The box was ripped and damaged but thankfully my mattress inside was not. Thank you for leaving it on front doorstep. Appreciate it being Delivered. Have a great evening.

I called customer care and they hurried me off the phone. And put the survey on before I could even ask my next question. She just kept repeating the same thing. Also out of two years FedEx has never delivered my package on time. And on many occasions I’ve had to go pick my package up myself because they can’t find my home. Delayed.
