took an insane amount of time to go 30 minutes to be delivered i think it took like 10 days

There are 3 buildings I have had to search 2 days in a row for my deliveries I have snd this is the 4th or 5th time with in a month! and I have directions in my FED EX DELIVERY MANAGER section but it’s vague cause you can only use so many letters but it’s still understandable Left in wrong spot.

Terrible service package was delayed numerous days...even though FedEx sent emails that it was on the truck for delivery but still at their sort facility!Delayed. Poor communication.
