not only once did I receive my item damaged, mind you that the package was in perfect shape and the packing inside was great and in no way was anything to move or bounce around inside, it was very obvious that the item was shipped with the damage, plus it appeared as it was glued in hopes of a fix, will then I was sent a 2nd item, well that also had the exact same damage to the "T" and both packages were shipped by two different carriers, then the company blamed the carriers for the damage.Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

it was not delivered here, FedEx showed a picture of a door and steps but I don't know where it is, it's not my door. the shipping label has my address on it
