I have a delivery box, which can be secured with a padlock once item is placed into delivery box. This shipment was placed on the ground in an unsecured manner. I find it unbelievable, specifically, inconsiderate with a total lack of respect, my delivered item was left in such a manner. FedEx is the least responsible shipping service available in my area. Wherein at all possible, I will not use FedEx-for reasons such as this poor service in delivery. Left in wrong spot.

I paid for 2 day shipping and it took over a week for the product to arrive , I’m satisfied with the product and when I emailed them about it. I personally got the wrong vibe from the person who emailed me back. Maybe I was in the wrong idk. So anyone who decides to get something I would recommend their product but just know if you pay extra for shipping dont expect it overnight or 2 days. Honestly expect it to take atleast a week from purchase.

I received the wrong package. I never ordered a dining room set. The agent was trying to pawn me off to Amazon and priority tire (2 separate vendors) to resolve my issue instead of handling the call. after flipping the box over I discovered another label of which it was intended. My 4th wheel I ordered from Amazon is likely lost now. Damaged. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication.
