Did not get delivered, picture was sent but I do not know whose house it is.

The item was left by my door, the delivery guy took a picture, and when I went to the door, the item was not there. I asked my neighbor if he saw anyone, and he said no, so I assumed someone took it. One minute later, he knocks on my door, gives me the package, and takes another picture. I found the whole scenario very strange.
