Says my parcel has been delivered almost 2 hours ago but I still haven’t received it. This is ridiculous the driver should of knocked my door and confirmed it was the right person. Now I have to wait for you guys to get back to me and my parcel is probably long gone and claimed by someone else. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
