I paid for 6-day shipping, and the package didn’t arrive for 22 days. Poor communication from the retailer, none from the shipping company. They have also tagged each stage as February 17th which is impossible and weird. Poor service all around.Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.

paid extra for express shipping and it took just over 2 weeks to receive Delayed. Damaged.

Packaging was ripped but content was OK. Took 3 weeks to be delivered even though payed extra for quicker delivery!Delayed.

having paid an extra 10 dollars on a 50 dollar item for fast delivery, 15 days to delivery is very slow

Item was ordered Feb 1 with express shipping of 5-8 days ($10) it is now Feb 19 and the package just arrived. Very disappointed with this service/shipping, item purchased was a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. Thought I had plenty of time ordering two weeks before Valentine's with express shipping, boy was I wrong. Will never use UBI Smart Parcel again.Delayed.
