Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

No communication. Package delivered to someone named LEE who doesn't live in my building. No details who that could be. Package carrier didn't attempt to contact me, nor did I receive anything but Day Of notice of its movement toward my address, giving me no capacity to attempt to meet driver at the door to prevent theft, which appears to be what happened. Delayed. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
