I have a lot to say regarding my shipping experience with UPS. You only allow 500 characters which is not enough. Today I spent 40 mins waiting to talk to a supervisor. Yesterday was told one would call me. Didn’t happen. I will never use UPS AGAIN. Terrible customer service. Still waiting on a call from supervisor, 5195352798. Doubt that will happen. FEDEX WOULD NEVER TREAT CONSUMERS THIS WAY! Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
