Dumb ass UPS left my package outside my apt building. They know to come inside the building and knock on my door!!! My frozen meat was unthawing. I hate UPS!Left in wrong spot.

everything is good 🙂Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

The delivery time kept changing and since weather was bad and this is an expensive item, I planned around trying to be home to receive it and was not able to due to this constant changing. At one point I saw the driver was on my street, within the window of time stated, so I got excited but he/ she turned away from my house and then delivered the package 5 hours later-- when I was not able to be home anymore so I had to ask a friend to go get it for me. Poor communication.
