I buzzed the driver in the building, went to meet him at lobby but he decided I’m not home and left a calling card. I live in a condo, have they not been trained that it lets you in the building and access to elevator to my unit?? Ridiculous that I paid for shipping to my address and now go out of the way to pick up elsewhere. If I wasn’t home Ive would arrange to pick it up at the pick up centre, but I was home!!!Unprofessional.

UPS doesn’t even try to attempt to see if anyone’s home. They don’t make an attempt when it’s a gated place so they’ll leave without communicating
