This review is not meant towards the Greenery Market!! The UPS delivery driver took the package to the apartment complex office and left it instead of looking at the address on the package. So after filing a claim with the UPS support, the manager of my apartment complex called me today to let me know what had happened. The Greenery Market was awesome because they shipped it quickly and I love the flowers. Left in wrong spot.

I did not receive the item. Tracking shows that it was delivered on May 5, 2023, but I didn't receive any update till today. Only today I receive an email saying 'it's delivered at the back door'. There's nothing at the back door. And why are you updating me today instead of May 5th if it's delivered on that day? so ridiculous! poor service! please help.Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
