almost double the projected time of 7 days to 12. Also, very minimal updating,at one point didnt recieve an update in 6 days. it was probably backed up from the holidays but that was absurd....i shouldve at least been advised if there was a problem.

I received a notification that my package had arrived on I believe it was Tuesday at 2:15pm, but when I got to my home, there was no package
