Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Package wasn't delivered to my door as stated. I live on the 4th floor and had to go downstairs and speak with Security about my missing items. The delivery person was too lazy to deliver my merchandise. We do have 2 working elevators in our building and my apartment isn't too far away, if one gets off on the right floor.Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

Every thing was fine the package was delivered safely but it was not delivered on the day it was supposed to.Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
