was missing pieces , drive disc for the apps, power block wasn't in with it , the instructions were photocopied and were missing QR case from the instructions for app functions controls and devices password weren't displayed any where box was sealed device dose more the instructions to specify just watching YouTube explains all functions and proper instructions thank you aftership,Canada post for your help for having the device and thank you wish for sending it to me and refunding me thank youContacted before delivery.
