I didn’t receive my package. Says was delivered on Thursday at 1:54 but never saw a truck come by on that day.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

The package said delivered but I never got it and the notifications didn’t update until hours later.Poor communication. Unprofessional. Incorrect items.

I am so angry, the lazy delivery person just left my parcel outside my building, made no attempt to bring it to my door, I live in department of housing, so it's very unsafe just to leave items, lucky for me I have really good neighbours, who gave me my parcel, I would never use this company, and I'm going to let the people that I purchased from,what a slack unprofessional company you are, Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
