Waited way to long for item service to slow plus the item was wrong color and no justable straps which I thought was just crazy straps were to small there was not enough strap to put it over my shoulder there should been lots of room

I never received my package I buzzed him in but he never came to my door. I am requesting a full refund, these were personalized items and of no use to anyone

Marketing said 5 days delivery but took 10 and I had travelled. Several decorations notably missing. The size is good but they slip off the heel constantly while walking due to design.

My package was delayed mostly because of GLS shipping. I couldn’t be home at the estimated shipping time so I changed it to GLS pick up point (which was an option), but they gave the parcel to the neighbours…GLS does not have email to contact only call for (1€). Please change the shipping company, they have very slow service and old working system. I have a screen recording of my scoops I really wanted a star and a tigers eye cube which I never received. Delayed. Incorrect items. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
