The absolute fucking worst shipping experience EVER. Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.

still have yet to receive my order and it was due to arrive on the 15th, I ordered it on the 9th, it is now the 21st. good thing I wasted money on upgraded shipping option.Delayed. Poor communication.

I had no warning or communication where my package was most of the time or if it had arrived at all. It was by accident when I went to pick up another package did I find out this one was waiting for me. As far has the shipping info was concerned this package was still somewhere in the UK/had just left it. However the package had been sitting at a pickup location for days now according to the person working there. Given I do not know if this is the fault of the courier company or Shenzhen Audio.Poor communication.
