i haven’t received it yet and it says it was delivered on multiple different apps

I have not received this delivery the driver is lying if he said he handed it to me ..I live in a secure building how did he get into the building

never received this item apparently delivered by hermes,thrown on the doorstep.
contacted the supplier who have told me,that its not there problem.
so the long and short off it ,paid for an item which I have never received,supplier telling me its not there problem.
