the parcel was delivered onto the porch and there was a hole punctured in it all the way through to the shoes, but I didn't see any damage on the shoesDelivered on time.

I payed for insured shipping which was 5-8 days and it went way over that limit. I would like a refund on at least the extra shipping cost that I payed for. Delayed. Poor communication.
